Todd Connor has founded and led several organizations serving leaders and the military community, including Bunker Labs, a national nonprofit that supports veteran entrepreneurs, The Collective Academy, Veterans for All Voters, and Emerson House. He serves as lead faculty for the George W. Bush Institute’s Veteran Leadership Program and the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program. Todd is the author of Third Shift Entrepreneur and an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he teaches strategy and leadership.

With 25 years of distinguished military service, Abi Scott has led cyber, communications, and space operations across the Indo-Pacific, the Pentagon, and the National Reconnaissance Office. As the U.S. Space Force’s first Chief of Enlisted Workforce Development, he pioneered policies that continue to shape the branch’s approach to building and sustaining talent. An MBA graduate with executive leadership certifications from Cornell and Georgetown, Abi is widely recognized for his expertise in workforce transformation, strategic planning, and developing innovative talent management and acquisition strategies that drive organizational success.
